Gdocks and G-envelope box

A Gdock overall is light, flat and so low cost in packaging and posting, certainly in comparison to many other promotional and communication items.

A Gdock weighs ca. 40g and measures ca. 290mm x 90mm x 2mm.

We recommend sending your Gdocks in a G – envelope box (large letter format) which holds a maximum of 5 Gdocks:

Royal Mail Postage (April 2012) : large letter format 353mm max, 250mm max, 25mm max

Additional information

We do NOT recommend folding the Gdock in half for posting in a small letter envelope, because Royal Mail restricts the thickness to 5mm for a letter. Some envelopes might not pass the Royal Mail test.

Best Product Buy: elegant but effective, protective white envelopes. Envelopes Pocket Peel and Seal 225gsm 305x127mm White.

We do recommend that the minimum weight of the envelope is 125gsm, if sent with a Gdock folded in a A4sheet of paper (a letter or brochure) to accompany the Gdock.

If you are just sending the Gdock on its own, we recommend the 225gsm envelope.
